“Sruli Recht graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology with a Bachelor Degree in Fashion Design in 2002, and whilst working through Europe received his Design Honors Degree in 2005.

In top secret research and development for high tech fabric developers
Head designer and consultant for fashion labels in Iceland and Australia

all of my work is inspired by the resonance of process… design lines are more of a result of process and form, than they are a decision.
That is not to say my work just happens… I know what it will look like before I do it, but there is a mid point where everything
liquefies,
all forms and finishings…
and hardens right at the last moment. up til that moment when the last button is on it is still unformed.

Floor Carpet – Dark Side of the Moon by Vorwerk

Vorwerk has created a very original carpet, which is named Dark side of the moon. This Antrazith carpet is made to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the moon landing and really reminds the moon. It has a round shape and many holes of different sizes, which change the modern carpet into an unique interior design item. This is the carpet of premium quality and is designed by Martin Mostböck. The diameter of this creative carpet is 200 cm. Of course not everyone wants to decorate their living room by such crazy carpet. Only fans of unusual things will appreciate it and will find the right place for it in their houses. A wise man once said «We are all at the mercy of our wild monkey minds. Incessantly swinging from branch to branch.» With multiple windows and applications all vying for our attention, we have sadly adapted our working habits to that of the computer and not the other way around.

Ommwriter is a humble attempt to recapture what technology has snatched away from us today: our capacity to concentrate.

Ommwriter is a simple text processor that firmly believes in making writing a pleasure once again, vindicating the close relationship between writer and paper. The more intimate the relation, the smoother the flow of inspiration.

Danish Aiaiai just before Christmas has begun selling its Tracks-trick in his shop. Som vanligt är det det Kilo Design, numera KiBiSi , som ligger bakom den trevliga retro designen. As usual, it is the Kilo Design, now KiBiSi, behind the attractive retro design. The headphones are of course beautiful in itself that makes it something special is the cool box they are packaged in.

«Urbanears is a brand new headphone brand out of Stockholm Sweden. Packaging has been of great importance to us in order to emphasise us a new thinking brand in the world of electronics. We launch with two models, both available in 14 colors and the packaging follows the same colors. The packaging concept aims to be an enhanced experience and much effort has been put into the folding. Also important has been minimizing size and sticking to one material and still holding the product in place. The final product is all paper and width x height measures a mere 15 by 15 cm. We’re real happy with it.»
